Close to bus stops and local shopping centre
Bedroom is a decent size room (Bedroom is as big as a master bedroom photo seems to make the room look smaller) - main bathroom & toilet will be primarily yours - unless there are any guests in the house who need to use that bathroom or toilet.

No smoking inside.
The house is very clean all the time
I’m ok with casual drinks here and there but no parties.
I also have T-Box with some foxtel channels :-)
