I have a 3 bedroom home in quiteTarneit Gardens estate which I am wanting to share with someone, I am a 28 year old social worker employed & studying. I am quite social, love cooking and living a busy but balanced lifestyle. My housemate has recently moved home to the UK so I am hoping for a new housemate that is easygoing, respectful, clean, employed, independant and looking for somewhere to call home. The house is quite large consisting oof 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two seperate living areas, a resonable yard and a double garage (you will have your own bathroom & car space in garage). The house also has central heating and split system cooling. I have a small jack russell x terrier with a big personality who loves perople and other animals, he lives both inside & outside. I love animals and would be happy to have your pets stay too provided we introduce them prior to moving in o ensure they get aolong.
Weekly Rent $170 is negotiable and split bills which include gas/water/electricity. I am happy to discuss all other living arrangements (such as food, additional room and storage and come to a mutual decision that suit both of us.
